The demand for help is still growing

This tax appeal, we need $20,000 to supply 400 essential food hampers for Queenslanders still struggling to make ends meet.

Thanks to your incredible support of the Red Bag Appeal last year, you brightened Christmas for more than 3,000 families and individuals across Queensland. However, the demand for assistance remains high!

A donation of just $50 can support a   Queensland family with a food hamper.

Thanks to you, last year we delivered...

Food hampers

Still, Queensland families need your help!

How we support our Queensland families

On Wednesday 17 April the Brisbane Relief Hub served its regular community meal. The number of people in need far exceeded their food supplies which ran out in only 20 minutes.

"We started serving at 6:30, and it was all gone by 6:50."
- Penny, Manager - Emergency Relief

Today, more than 3.7 million Australians, including many in Queensland, are forced to choose between food, medical care, and bills due to rising living costs.

"Our main service is providing food hampers."
- Michael Jun, Case Manager at Brisbane Relief Hub
