Bee Kind Project

The Bee-Kind project is proudly raising funds for Hummingbird House, Queensland's only children's end-of-life hospice. 

Hummingbird House is a truly special organisation that provides support for families who are caring for a child with a life-limiting condition.

The Bee-Kind project is a Randall, family affair. We chose Hummingbird House as our chosen charity as Ruby has been volunteering with the house since, the end of 2021. Through her, we have an educated understanding of the work the house does, and a special appreciation for the charity. The sweet honey that led you to this site, is a by- product of an initiative Julian started, a neighbourhood, urban community vegetable patch. So, we decided we would combine our pay it forward hobbies and create the Bee-Kind project. 

The organic honey is extracted by hand in our family kitchen and the caring of the bees is handled locally by Julian. The sweetness and delicious taste, is just natural goodness with absolutely no additives.

By enjoying our honey and donating, you are supporting Hummingbird House and letting these families know that we care and they are not alone. 

Families lives are taken up by the 24/7 responsibilities of caring for their baby, child or young person living with a life-limiting condition.  Our support also means that they can access essential services like family support, a range of therapies, short respite breaks wherever they live in Queensland.

So, bee kind, bee positive and help support Hummingbird House!
