Hummingbird house is QLD's only children's hospice and only 1 of 3 in Australia. They provide specialised paediatric palliative care services to babies, children and young people with a life-limiting condition, helping them make every moment precious when life is short.Did you know it costs 5 million a year to run Hummingbird house. Only 2.5 million is covered by funding the rest has to be fund raised.
It costs $1500 for 3 nights respite care for 1 child. 3 nights!! As a store we are doing fantastic.
