Celebrating
In 2016, Hummingbird House opened its doors to Queensland children with a life-limiting condition and their families as the only children’s hospice in the state. In the 10 years since, it has been a lifeline for hundreds of families who have been welcomed with care and compassion by our specialised paediatric palliative care team.
For 13 years, Coles and their customers have been part of this journey, supporting Hummingbird House even before its doors opened. Coles has helped raise more than $6 million through a partnership that has grown from 60 stores to 188 stores across Queensland.

Every cent raised goes directly to Hummingbird House, with 100% of proceeds funding specialised paediatric palliative care, symptom management, and vital respite care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
